I use a diverse marketing program suited to your home, targeting the largest asset of home sales, other agents. Approximately 92% of all re-sale homes are sold through the efforts of other agents. I do not use fancy ads or glossy materials. These do not attract buyers, the home does. "Looks right"; "Priced Right"; "Sells Right".
